unknown sensor

Hi, i have a F350 7.3 year 1999 , diesel powerstroke.
Looking under pick up , precisely under the diesel tube input i found apparently a sensor that is disconnected on my truck , maibe is not a sensor but have a big and hard cable. i am attaching some photos of this.
If someone know what is this , or were do i have to plug in?

thanks! so this is another antenna , this truck have 2 antenna (one is this and the other in the side of the hood)
do you know were a have to plug in?
