POSSIBLE INJECTOR R&R

My baby is a 2002, F250, PSD with 403k miles on her.
Currently she appears to be running quite well - no codes or engine lights.
I am getting ready to do some new glow plugs and the UVCH.
Would this be a good time to consider replacing the injectors?
If so, what signs would one look for that would point in that direction.
I do have an ÅE and the buzz tests are all fine.
What other possible tests can I run that might 'say it is time to do the injector R&R' or 'maybe all is fine for now'?
I have a good maintenance program with oil changes and fuel treatments.
My signature will give you some info.

Thanks guys,

Personally, I think at this point in it's life it becomes more of a question of should I go ahead and change the injectors now while there's nothing wrong with them, or wait until one of them starts giving me trouble?

My thinking is with those miles, when one of them finally does fail, the others are likely not far behind. Since the best price on injectors means usually waiting a week or so to get them in, can you afford that down time when the time comes, or should you do it as more of a preventative maintenance item?
