Intake plenum prob?
Posted Explorer prob on 6/25 (seems a misfiring prob and ambiguous prob codes). Checking vacuum lines and such today at idle. The intake plenum on the passenger side bank (where noises originate) is MUCH hotter to the touch than the right side - intake shouldn't be too hot correct?. Think this supports theory of bad injector causing a misfire vs bad sensor(s), MAF, O2, etc. Any thoughts?

If the problem does not move, then you can swap plugs left to right and see if it moves then.
If it still doesn't move then you can continue the hunt.
