I think it did, too. Maybe the crew needs to replace that part more often due to extreme wear....

That was really funny. Could that have been one of those steering wheels that have to come off to get in and out of the race car? Or did it just self destruct?

On the removable steering wheels, it slides off the end of the shaft, not have a bunch of shaft come out with it...
