4x4 rear wheel help

ok guys/gals I got not much of an issue (more astetic) but its still an annoyance and fugly...anyways my rear wheel is missing the three gray (i think) things that the screws go into to hold on the caps (red or black) I had gone to the pull a part to pull red ones as they are reflective and look better to me but i dont have the gray things to screw the screws into to put the left tire on....so does anyone know where I could get these pieces other then a pull a part (they don't have tired that match the truck tires

) or some way to fix this?

Are you talking about the plastic inserts that go in the wheel to bolt the center caps to?

would anyone happen to have any extras? or know how to pull them off a wheel at the pull a part with out damageing them? i want to be able to put the cover thing back on
