I hate buses too. 12 years ago, I was sitting at a light and a Denver RTD bus rear ended me. 8 months later I could walk normal again, and 2 years later good as new. I say go after the company. If you have a witness all the better.

yea lol i am truly grateful it was just the mirrior.... but when i drove past then next, thing i here is smashing glass.... i went into a panic attack lol and i notice it looks like you got a camper on your truck, i kinda miss mine. made it seem a WHOLE! lot bigger
