Fuel Pump? Electrical relay?

i have a 1997 f250 with a 351 windsor 5.8 engine and i just replaced the rear fuel tank. it ran good for about a day and now it wont start. i myself believe its the fuel pump but i hear theres an elctrical relay that may be causing it also? please help

Do you have two tanks?
If so does the fuel pump in the other tank run for one second and quit when selected and the key is turned on?
