So yesterday on my way home was sitting at the stop light so i decided to see if any codes were popping up, had no reason to check i just do it periodically to make sure i dont miss anything. So after reading DTC's i found two had popped up the P404 and the p1335 code, from what i have read they both seem to have to do with the EGR Valve( correct me if im wrong please) my question is Will taking the EGR valve out and cleaning it do the trick or does it have to be replaced? and if it has to be replaced where is the best place to get one?

Both of those codes indicate an internal position sensor error. NOT a flow error. And they are somewhat similar in scope (sensor circuit "A"). This could easily be a questionable electrical connection, or simply an unexpected reading by the PCM. Very doubtful that cleaning the valve ports will do anything.
You didn't mention a Service Engine Soon light, so that means the condition was temporary, and those codes are pending. I would first simply reset the codes, and see what happens. No need to go jumping to conclusions.
