Looks like a reproduction of the old caddy "batwing" air cleaner.....Originals are getting hard to find, repros are everywhere. Try google...

Buick, Olds and maybe even Pointiac of the 50s had them. I saw an original from a Buick at a swap meet a few weeks ago for $185. I saw a repro one either at Speedway or Summit.
