Excursion a/c high/low pressures?

*repost from another section*

2000 Excursion XLT, V10 with front and rear a/c.

I found the numbers here before but have searched and can't find them again. Can someone help me out?

Looking for proper high/low pressure readings for just the front a/c on and with both front and rear a/c on.

I need to pull a vacuum and reload, but I think have a problem somewhere and need to know what the right pressures should be to help diagnose.

Thanks!

What problem are you having? Do you have a sight glass on your low side connection usually near the dryer. When filling with refrigerant, you fill till the bubbling stops in the sight glass. Usually the high and low side pressure vary depending on load and outside and inside air temps. Most gages have a range for each type of refrigerant. The low side connections should sweat but not freeze on the outside. The rear AC evap coil tubes tend to have holes rubbed in them.

See if this gives you what you need.
