I don't want to change both bc im currently working on my rear. Rear diff pin was loose and screwed the whole diff carrier up. I have a trac lock replacement but no pin. And can't find one anywhere. Im located in north west ohio. Im unsure about dumping a whole lot of money in the front end bc my body is pretty bad. Unless anyone knows where I can find a cab for around a grand

You are in luck my friend! A guy here locally has THIS one listed on CL for $400. You could give him a call and see whether he has all the parts necessary for doing the swap, but even if you can just get the D60, that's a pretty good deal IMO. It might be a bit of a drive for you to come and get it, but for the price, you can buy a lot of fuel...
The axel is only part of it. Not sure how much research you have done but you also need the center brackets that bolt to the cross member under the engine, should get the drag links, the 350 springs (doesn't matter if it was from a diesel or not) and the brackets under the axel that the ubolts go through.
The real fun part is deciding on what front drive shaft to use. I decided to use the 350 one but had to buy and aftermarket yoke for the transfercase and modify it to fit the case output shaft, no one makes the original yoke for the 350 that used the borg warner 4406 (I think that is the model number) under the powerstroke 350 and 250. Others have used the 250 driveshaft. Some say it needs to be shortened, others say it doesn't.
But do not reuse the 250 springs unless you like riding pogo sticks. I tried it for the winter and hated it. I finally put the 91 f350 springs from the single cab 460 donor truck into my 7.3 crew cab short box and the ride was much better. I think overall I gained 1.5-2" of height.
