There is a minor but significant change for '52 only. The bolts to the frame at the rear lower part of the inner fender were deleted. These are the ones that always tear out the sheet metal. It's because the whole front end floats with the cab relative to the frame. That one bolt on each side tries to clamp it all to the frame and loses the battle. I believe the attachment to the firewall is also somewhat different. Try a search on posts by me and BobbyT on the subject, 51Panelman too.
In summary, 48-50 inner fenders are the same, 51 inner fenders are similar to 48-50, but the front is modified for the grille. 52 inner fenders are similar to the 51, but have the lower (frame) mounting bracket removed and now attach to the cab.
The radiator supports are the same. However, early radiator supports from 48 and maybe even some 49s have an angled bracket at the bottom with a hole in center for the hand-crank.
Dale, I have a few inner fenders from all three years left over, as well as two radiator supports if you need some. Those are right in front of me.
