Fuel Pump Circuit Failure??
Hey all. Ive got a 1988 f-250 w. 351 EFI. with a fuel delivery problem, It stallw when you step on the throttle. The EEC Code I get is 95 which shows as a secondary fuel pump circuit failure between the ECM and Ground. I checked that cuircuit and it is still grounded so Im at a loss. Never liked this kind of troublshooting HELLLLP

a code doesnt always tell what is wrong, does it do it with both tanks? I beleive there is a pump in both tanks. Check the fuel pressure regulator, pull the vacuum hose off, if there is gas in the hose it needs to be replaced. I would buy or borrow a fuel pressure tester, should be about 39psi If you have about 40 psi it has nothing to do with fuel delivery.

I am getting the same code. My front in-tank pump is inop and haven't had time to drop the tank yet. I'm thinking that this is something to do with it. I'm running on the back tank and everything is OK there.

I get the same problem front or rear tank. I have yet to get ahold of a pressure tester. Could the high pressure inline pump be faulty? I know this truck had EGR issues, could that be causing problems. Vaccum Leaks? Im stumped on this one.
