1995 F-150 code 95

Can someone please advise. A code 95 won't clear with either front or rear tank switched in.
The truck runs on either tank. I can hear and measure them when the key is turned.
The sense wire to Pin 8 of the EEC-IV measures good to the fuel pump relay contact.
Seems like I'm missing something here.

There is also a code 53 and 22 that don't clear the KOEO test.
The MAP sensor and TPS have been replaced. Wires teso ok for continuity back to the EEC-IV.

Does anyone have any ideas?

First off the 1995 F150 do not have two number codes, they only have three.
So try again with the codes.

Second you can not clear a KOEO code, you can only clear CM codes.

CM = Computer Memory.

Thank you so much, that would explain it. I'll try again.
