today's work and VIN decode request
i took the day off from work so i could do alittle wrenching on my truck. i'm determined to get the grill, bumpers and side mirror brackets powder coated white. while i was at it i decided to remove the inner and outer fenders and radiator support. i'm gonna have the radiator support and inner fenders powder coated semi-gloss black. i've got to do a little weld repair where the battery area is. no big deal. i can't wait to put it all back together.
Now for VIN decode request. i'd be grateful if someone could shed some light on my VIN tag.

i still would like information on the Trans F and Axle 25
body 481 appears to be standard cab, tan seat
this is a great site. i really enjoy working on this truck. gonna do a little welding today.
