The top two tuners out there are Eric at Innovative Diesel, and Matt at Gearhead. You couldn't go wrong with either one. Get the SCT X3 as mentioned above, and if you don't have a monitor already I recommend the Edge Insight CS or CTS.

Matt's Tunes:
SRL(non-studded trucks) - Very good power and smooth shifting of the transmission.
8K Tow file - self explanatory doesn't add much in the way of fueling or boost over stock.
Unlimited Tow file - Tunes for engine braking and tranmission only, no additional fuel is added into the engine with this tune.

Eric's:
X-Street - would be pushing it in my opinion with stock bolts.
Street - good power, and I have seen a 10% mpg gain running this file as my DD. Towing cap is around 8K.
Tow - a little more fueling (around 325RWHP) but no limit to weight as long as you're watching things.

Just make sure you tell either tuner you're on stock bolts with the EGR block and you should be fine. (No Tune is 100% safe under stock head bolts, even factory tuning can cause failures.)

i like my SCT TSX. some may say the price is steep but its a tuner and its a monitor in one.

and as for the tunes...i have matts tunes and love them. havnt used the unlimited tow yet. but the SRL is awsome!

the livewire shows all your temps and pressures that your trucks computer watches. the tsx does as well. the differance between the 2 is that the tsx is wireless and touchscreen. about the same size as a gps unit. with the tsx being wireless, you have a dongle whitch plugs into the obdII port and uses bluetooth to comunicate to the monitor which runs off a rechargable batt or you can leave it pluged into a 12v plug.
