Passenger side brake light???

Passenger side brake light???
I got a weird thing going on....my pass side brake light doesn'e work. Checked the bulbs and they are good. Sometimes when I have the cruise on and change lanes when I put my turn signal on it turns the cruise off. I was wondering if the turn signal switch could be going bad????
