over flow tank problem

Ever since I installed an over-flow tank on my radiator I am loosing fluid. I have checked all the connections, and no leaks. When it is hot and running I can see vapor coming from the over flow line on the tank.

Any ideas?

what cap did you use on the radiator? you need to be between 12-16 lbs, to raise the boiling temp
