I dunno about that truck, almost seems shady to me...
The truck has a Chrome grill and bumper, for the 2003-2005 MY if you had a limited, it a monochromatic paint scheme. I.e. painted bumper, grill, and lower accents...
The dead giveaway here is that they didn't show the odometer. Most sellers aren't afraid to show the odometer when selling.
Everytime I see a truck like that, it's been in an accident somewhere and the seller is trying to pull one over on the unsuspecting buyer.

RBMC_Freeride bought an Ex with VERY low miles and used it as part of his rebuild... it was rolled by the owner but never claimed on his insurance. Once they went to repo the EX, it was totalled out by the insurance company. They exist, but for a reason, and almost never a good one.
If it is a dealer and it only has 1200 miles, wouldn't the warranty still be in effect?
5yr or 100,000 miles, whichever is first. Plus, if it only has 1200 miles, the oil is ancient and the valve seals have been bone dry for a long time. One with 50,000 miles would be in better condition most likely.
Even IF it's legitimate, you have 7 year old fluids all over. Nothing has been maintained, seals are rotting, etc. Cars need to be run, to lubricate, etc. 1200 miles is not enough running.
On the other hand, it could have been an idler and they idled it for 7 years...
copy -- "If it's too good to be true, it usually isn't. So what's the story behind this Excursion and the low mileage?"
Well, this is the response. Seems like a true story.
We run a dealership, and the Excursion is the Owner's Cousin's. It's in storage now and not on our lot. He purchased this Excursion and a Ford GT both at the same time, and he is trying to sell them both. It quite literally has the original plastic all intact. Hardly any miles, and its virtually brand new. If this would sell new now, it would be selling for around $75,000. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. Thanks!
