Is that a date and odometer reading in red labelmaker?
Don't know what that is.
If I didn't have the box of receipts that I have, I'd lean towards that conclusion myself.
However, my box-O-receipts puts the mileage on the truck at around 35K in 1983.
It seems to me that the label maker number has the zero sort of seperating the 69 and the 98. I guess I need to dig more in the receipts from June of 1983 and find out why it would've had a red labelmaker tag put on it like that.

Hey, welcome to FTE. You really ought to make a new post . This one is nine years old. And add photos if you can. I can tell you though that any numbers you find are probably not part numbers, but rather casting numbers, and are not really all that useful, but someone can steer you in the right direction to figure things out.
