Ive found on CL if you go with cash in hand and you are serious you can make a darn good deal. When they see you are serious and have those green backs price drops fast. Just my experience with CL anyway.

I found my truck on Craigslist for $1500.00. I waited 2 weeks and he listed again. I offered him $700.00 and he jumped on it like a Fly on a cowpie. My only regret is that I didn't offer $500.00 and let him work me to $600.00. Oh well, I thought I was working him I didn't know he was desperate.
