5.8 summit shorty headers, magnaflow downpipe and cat, flowmaster exhaust, BBK pulleys, smog delete, msd cap, rotor and coil, Ford racing plug wires and k&n cold air.
Suspension is just bilstein shocks and 1.5 inch skyjacker springs.15x10 eagles with 31 x 10.5 mud terrains. Oh yeah, gotta love the day lighters
New spacers for the rear on the way, plus some for the front to get the stance right. Now to find some time to hit some trails.
Just bought a house, gonna be a while until stage 2.
I only broke one bolt. Knew it would break, it was pretty corroded. I ended up putting a heli coil in it. That was 8 months ago. I used Gibson gaskets and the summit supplied bolts. Everyone says the summit bolts don't stay tight, I retorqued them after a week, no issues at all. The magnaflow downpipe is a pain in the ***, doesn't fit that well, but bassani quit making the off road pipes for these (non lightning) trucks, so it was the I could find.
The BBK pulleys where by far the most surprising improvement. FYI, 5.8 needs a 100 inch belt with these pulleys, I bought 7 sizes to find one that fit right. DO NOT try to measure the belt while drinking, or at least don't trust your measurements afterward. Good times
