Oh yeah, I'm a computer engineer so troubleshooting electrical stuff is simple to me, I just need to know what to look for.

Well, a big thunderstorm blew in so I couldn't go out last night and work on it.
Ed the Parts Guy doesn't have a fuel sending unit.
Haven't heard back from Green Sales yet.
Ford Parts Giant doesn't have it either.
I talked to my local Ford dealer service. They have an idea. They think the store I bought my fuel sending unit from sent me a unit for the rear tank. They said it has a slightly shorter arm on it and I probably wouldn't notice. The shorter arm would cause my gauge to read wrong.
As for my other gauges, they didn't think it was the IVR. They think it's my sending units for each one.

Dunno who you talked to at the ford dealer, but they are pretty sharp. Keep them in mind for future issues.
Did you price new senders for the other guages while you were there? Price wise, a bit more. Quality wise, massively more.

I may pay a visit to Pull-a-Part Sunday and see if I can get one there, unless Ed comes up with one at a more reasonable price.
Ed found one for $155. I still think that's high for a sending unit but I guess it's supply and demand. I just ordered it.

Bout how long do you think it will take? I don't have a floor in my bed right now so it's easy access to the tank. But I have some plywood to put in for a temp floor so I can actually carry stuff.
