Door handle assembly

The exterior door handle assembly is a little loose on the drivers side front door. How complicated is it to tighten that thing up and get the play/rattle out of it? Don't want to create a bigger problem but don't want a nut to work its way loose in there and fall off either.

Remove the door trim panel. 2 nuts and some linkage hold the handle in place. Pain in the butt to get to the two nuts, 10mm socket if i remember correctly.
