Suspension Advice
I'm 6 weeks into 2011 F-250 6.7PSD, 4x4, and overall thrilled with the new ride (upgraded from F-150).
If I could change one thing (aside from coat hooks
), I would like to change the rake and raise the rear-end an inch or two.
I am looking for advice regarding the three options I am considering:
1. Change to F-350 4" blocks
2. Add a leaf
3. RAS system
On average, I do about 20k miles a year, of which 7500 are towing a travel trailer that's 34ft and 8k lbs loaded (I have an equalizer WD set up, so it runs pretty level with trailer attached).
I don't really need to add capacity, but again, would like to lift the rear a couple of inches without sacrificing non-loaded ride.
I'm leaning toward RAS, suggestions, recommendations, all appreciated!
