speedometer caliberation

speedometer caliberation
hey everyone,
I have a 95 F-250 2wd auto that I just put 265/75 r16's on the back instead of the factory 235/85 r16's. I was told at discount tire that the switch would not mess with my speedo. speedometer sending unit in the rear end was replaced today because i thought it had gone out... wouldnt read till 25m.p.h., would bounce all over the place, and tranny was shifting crazy. now once i get over 55m.p.h. it starts bouncing around +/- 10m.p.h..... im thinking it has something to do with the new tires, any sugestions???
