Timing advances without spout

I was trying to check my timing and when I disconnect the spout connector, the timing still advances when I rev it. Is this not the spout connector? I am having a problem with it and have got codes 122, 332, and 542 but I don't think it should do this. Any thoughts?

Thanks.

Will

Sorry about that. Right after I sent the last post I saw your picture. The timing is dead on 10 degrees BTDC. Thanks for your help.
