just verified in bismics spread sheets that the engine will defuel at

ect 221 degrees coolant temp
eot 253 degres oil temp
4000 rpm
95 mph

check for wire chaff at the fan harness at the fan shroud
and that its plugged in

scan for codes when you get the AE working

you should be hearing the fan at those temps
