Front end Alignment

I have an 86 F150 4x4 and i installed new radial arm bushings but now my passanger side tire appears to set farther back than the driver side and now also my coil spring on my driver side is jammed into my front shock? So if anyone could assist me on this one it would be greatly appreciated.

Get a measuring tape and measure each side and see what the difference is. Was it in a possible wreck previously and the frame is tweaked?
