rough idle/ stall
i have a 94 f-250 5.8lW 158,000 miles when the truck warms up it sometimes idles and runs hard and will stall but otherwise it runs fine with the exception of the oil pressure fluxuating....any ideas?

The poor idle could be a dirty IAC valve. It could also be a few other things. Before you do anything, pull the codes. There can be trouble codes even if the engine light isn't on.

your going to have to trouubleshoot,alot of things could cause this
