I too am curious if this ever got resolved. I'm experiencing a groan with similar symptoms

 

I came here having same issue 07 f250 super duty 6.0 8 in lift 38 in tires 24 in wheels. Just replaced all 4 brake pads calipers and rotors and have had major issues had brake squalling and a secondary new whistle on acceleration almost like a higher pitched secondary whistle from turbo my new brake caliper I found out was sticking that caliper I guess somehow didn't get torqued down right and main bolts on caliper had partially backed out enough for caliper to be sitting awkward put all back together and rid of loud squall but cannot figure out high pitch whine .someone said maybe warped rotor that would make sense in my case I wonder if you too have same issue I will post once I get it figured out for sure.
