2000 Expy idle problems
Ok, 2000 Expy with 204000 miles. Replaced the intake manifold, cops,plugs,fuel filter because of coolant spraying on the cops. After this it was idling a bit rough and seemed to have a slight miss at cruising speed. Now it will idle for a minute or two then the RPMs drop to 500 and pick back up and idles like crap. I'm convinced it's possessed. I have cleaned the MAF, IAC and checked for vac leaks. I'm really POd about now

Have you checked the coil harness connectors? We are still troubleshooting our cylinder 3 misfire and noted the number 3 connector to be absolutely mucky. Cleaned it out thoroughly, including the gasket, and coated with dielectric compound. The miss still exists however, but looks to be between the harness connector or plug. Have ordered a Dorman connector repair kit, and will replace the <6 months old Autolite APP103 plug as well.
