I can't answer your question cause I just purchased one tonight for the wife

Hi sarge101 and welcome to FTE 
If you look down a little further on the main forum page you'll find the Expedtion forum. I know there are a few guys in there with new Expy's that probably have some words of wisdom for you.
I work at a dealership and so far the new Expy's have been very good with very few problems that I can think of.
