Hey Congrats on the wedding! ya oughta drag cans behind the truck! wish we all could be there with our trucks! its really cool when that happens!

I won't try to kill the buzz here, but my oldest son was really into Buick Grand Nationals, then he was killed in one. A rear tire blew out and it was just a freak thing. Anyway, at the funeral there were 15-20 Buick Grand Nationals there!!! it was a great show of caring, I cryed like a baby and smiled with joy during the dedicated "Burnout Session" man talk about a lasting impression! that had to smell for miles! and the police were there in support of it. They aren't all bad!

It was like a grease monkey's 21 gun salute

Yeah so gettin married huh? Congratulations !!!!

Hey Jeff thanks,Yeah i am getting married.
Why would people stay single and free when you can get married and have some nagging voice telling you where to go or how to drive and give you crap to do around the house and become a homely person???
single people are missing on life
No getting married is great my parents have been married for 50+ years.

Well back on topic,my truck is back together and it runs great! the fan shroud ad the thermostat seem to be workin.
I have a crazy idea tho,
I have seen the offroad people's cars and they run 2 fans, either a mechanical fan in stock position and an aftermarket electrical fan in the other side of the radiator, they do it to keep the rad cooler since they are almost in higher temps here and they are going slow on the trail.
I s it posible to do this to my f1,I just really want to keeo my engine cooler in 120 degrees.

I think you're better off if the engine is at around 185 to 190. The fuel vaporizes better in the intake. But to answer your question...yes, you can add the electric fans that the 4x4 guys use & put it on a thermosatic switch so it only comes on above a pre-set temp. That way if the mechanical fan isn't moving enough air like when you stop at a signal light, it'll kick on and pick up the slack.
