Actually, California has mandated that shops inflate the tires on cars they service to the door-sticker values, but it DOES NOT have to be inflated with nitrogen (GN2)!

How far are we as a nation away from not being allowed to drive old cars because they don't have crumple zones, airbags, or even seatbelts? At some point you have to let people be responsible for themselves. I fully accept a risk if I drive a 1958 farm truck with no seatbelts.

Just FYI... Yes, they are trying to put black boxes in all cars. And please don't be fooled in to thinking it is for your safety.
The scarier thought is MANY have them already. Heck, they can track your speed/location if you have Onboard "GPS" like OnStar.
