How much is this 65 f-100 worth?

Look close at the bumper, between license plate and bumper sticker upper part of bumper. Follow the reflection of the grille. Notice it is raised a little. As I said earlier it looks to have been in some kinda accident minor perhaps but the bumper is still tweaked. Probably hit in the area of the bumper sticker.
One other thing. Look at the windshield trim. Does it have a gap? You'll also see the trim has the butt connector (for lack of proper term) adn the gap is wider.

Seeing how you did not, I'll sell him a speaker grille for half of what your charging.

Be thankful you are not buying this truck, because it has been modified beyond belief.
Besides the changes noted in post #3 ....
It was originally a Standard Cab (Body 581) with a 240 I-6 (VIN engine code J), painted white (M) w/a 3 speed manual trans (A), a rear axle ratio of 3.70-1 w/o Limited Slip (09).
And, the tailgate is from a 1967/72 Styleside, the rear bumper is from a 1980's Styleside and trucks of this vintage were not available with backup lights.
6 valve cover bolt holes per side: 221/260/289/302/351W. Based on the dizzy, this engine is from a 1976 or earlier vehicle, prolly from a Passenger Car.
I can tell you the exact engine size if you post the ID numbers from the exhaust manifolds.

Thanks to my pal buzz44 for sending along a speaker cover for chicken feed. I owe you one esp. since the value of the super rare speaker covers has skyrocketed to over $1000! Who knew speaker covers would rank among hen's teeth and obsolete parts for old F100 trucks? But they do. Anyway I sent you a sawbuck in today's mail because you should at least go get a root beer or something.

paint it black
I forgot for a moment that we are talking 1966 and I was kind of expecting plastic. Metal will definitely hold up better and last longer. I sanded, primed and painted it with 500 degree engine enamel... just to be on the safe side lol , and because that's the only black I had. I had the kleenex box on the dash all year long to cover the hole; here are before and after pics. Thanks again Buzz44!
