well guys, after a LONG time of searching i found the problem. after the flash of the comupter. the IDM was still no good. since i had one i tried it and she started right up and shut down consistantly. although the one i put in it was not good it was also damaged it at least let me find the problem. will be purchasing a remanned one today.
