Deluxe, that sure looks perty.

What about a CA only production of intake as well. One with a welded "bung", so that before/after we need to smog, it'll be easy to "worm clamp" the hose to the bung. Then after passing the test, we can plug back up the "bung", and flip our doghouse. But i'd think, from turbo to filter, be awesome, eliminate 2-spots of boost leakage

The updated version will have a 3/4" welded coupling for the CCV return, you will be able to plug it off if you don't want to use it.

Edit; Oh WOW I just noticed this is 1000th post. Cool

Silver/Aluminum/Chrome color works for me. I would prefer aluminum tubing but steel would work.

I wouldn't mind at least one of them uncoated so I can paint instead of powder coat it.

I'm still good for one, red or black, or aluminum finish works for me...I have a spray can and I'm not afraid to use it...

Richard and Clay, It looks like there is a lot of money to be made here. Alot of people on-board of wanting one especially going from the turbo to the filter like what you have Richard. Im sure there can be many configurations and colors and if people just want one going from the filter to the factory turbo boot. Maybe to make it easy just leave them aluminum or stainless steel and let the people paint them themself.

I have been looking at this mod for awhile and have been considering it. Im down to one more fresh stock filter that i am using up. Two questions. Does it actually help increase power or MPG? And i have to do yearly smog check here on a dyno and was wondering if that will give me trouble? Joe

I'll take when one it comes available. Would love to go from the turbo to the filter with the standard aluminum finish to match my ic pipe.

I wouldn't put a ton of emphasis on the MPG or power gain, it's probably very minimal... What you do gain is better flow, lower egt's and a cool sounding intake. You shouldn't have any troubles with the smog test in NV... I was in Vegas for 2 checks, running a chip, down one injector during one test andn ever had a problem. They run the dyno test and put a "sniffer" in the tailpipe
never had any problems passing. It's just another way to grab a little cash from us, I almost believe they don't check anything at all

I'd be interested if it was a filter to turbo pipe like I've seen in someones signature.
