Front driveshaft issue

Front driveshaft issue
I have a2003 f250 5.4l with and 8" bds lift on it... Stock driveshaft came apart had a new one built with greaseable everything and had it extended due to the height. Now I seem to be getting the same noise not even a year after I had this shaft built, what needs shimed or changed to fix the angle??
