Evacuating our home, prayers needed
Hey guys, we are under a mandatory evacuation. We have everything out of the basement, and my dad will be here in a couple hours with a 17' cargo trailer.

Your prayers are welcomed. There has not been flooding in this area for about 50 years the neighbor said, and even then, it was nothing like this.

Will keep you in our prayers. Going through a flood to me is almost worse than a tornado. Good thing is at least you have notice and a way of getting the most important stuff to a safe place. Don't suppose you have flood insurance do you? I live on a flood plain, but 30+ years ago it wasn't even brought up and didn't even know about it until several years later I went to check on a home equity loan. Good luck.
