its my dads 2006 ford f150 5.4L needing better fuel in city, hwy, and in towing the truck is stock and only has a K&N sir filter exaust soon to come any ideas or chips???

ima diesel guy and idk if the steps for tuners/chips on the mods are the same as they are on gas

please help me
