NEED HELP PLEASE... TRUCK WONT CRANK

I need some help please... I changed the driver side ignition coils and while doing so, I unplugged the wire leading from the mass flow ( i think) and when i plugged wires back, I accidentaly plugged one of the fuel injector wires into the plug where the mass flow wire plugs into. thats the only thing I can think i did wrong. After this i tried to crank truck and nothing.
The starter will not do a thing. what can i do?

Most likely, you blew a fuse.

Thank you. I checked until i found the right fuse. I was thinking ignition fuse, but it ended up being fuse #34, PCM fuel injectors. that was blown. Changed it and started up. Thanks again.

Wow! I'm amazed that the two connectors would be compatible to even fit!
Doesn't make sense Ford would allow such a possibility.

I thought same thing. they are same plug and their location makes it seem even more like they go that way... (the wrong way I mean)
