6spd to a 5spd?
i have a 00 f 350 with the 7.3 the tranny just went out in i found a 89 with the ol 7.3 im pretty sure a old 5spd will bolt up but not sure if the transfer case in drive shafts will work any suggestions thanks

I'm almost positive that you will need a 4x4 tranny. My buddy did a conversion and found that the cab and
Chassis 2x4 tranny would work but not the
Regular 2x4. To answer your ? I think you should find another 6 spd or have yours rebuilt to avoid any modifications!
