1989 f-250 missing when accelerating

1989 f-250 missing when accelerating
I have a 1989 f-250 With a 302
and it is missing when accelerating...the truck has a manual transmission and whenever trying to take off no matter how fast you try to launch the truck boggs down to about 500 rpm and almost stalls everytime... And when accelerating the truck dosent feel smooth it kind of jerks and you nearly have to put it to the floor to gain speed...and help or suggestions on what I should check...thanks
