engine stumbles at idle

engine stumbles at idle
Hello guys. I just changed my fuel and oil filters and now i get a rough idle of and on.It is driving me crazy.Any ideas please

yes very much an issue, do some searching and you'll see why. swap them out with some motorcraft filters and I bet the rough running issue will be gone.

That is a cylinder contribution code for #3 cylinder. It could indicate an injector issue.

fuel pressures are all good on all injectors? i have an auto enginiuity scanner

The autoenginuity can not read fuel pressure - there is no Ford sending unit.
