OBS vs 2002
I was just putting along and along comes an obs. Looked about the same (7.3, CC, 4x4 slightly larger tires) as mine except he had an 8' bed. Unfortunately for him I'm a well behaved driver on busy public roads.

Possibly the one with more mods and the hotter ''actual'' chip.

OBS stands for "Old But Slow".
No really it stands for "Old Body Style", and is used to differentiate between the NBS (new body style) aka SD trucks. Stock OBS injectors for most trucks are 90cc. Stock SD injectors for most trucks are 140cc. If you get beat by a stock OBS, either your truck is sick or he's not telling the truth. UNLESS he happens to have a CA emissions 96 or 97 which got the AB injectors (120cc).
