A guy I work with came by a week ago and said he had a 1994 B2300 he needed to get rid of. Said battery had gone bad about a year ago and he didn't want to spend any money on it. Said he wanted $500 for it. I knew the truck and knew it didn't have many miles on it. So I said sure went and got the money bought the truck. Bought a battery but it wouldn't start the fuel pump wouldn't run. Towed truck to house and pulled the bed and replaced the pump assembly and removed all the old gas. It starts and runs like a top. It only has 51,000 miles on it. It is a bit of an odd truck in that it is a 4cyl 5 speed with air and power brakes but no power steering. It is a base truck with air, rides and drives like a champ. I did flush and change the coolant and put a timing belt and all the hoses on it.

Pretty sweet deal. My 95 B2300 is pretty similar. Has air, but where the PS pump would normally be, there's just an idler pulley. Most likely dealer added air. Two nice things about this setup, no PS leaks, and a cable operated blend door for the heat/air.
