another injector thread...again...still

another injector thread...again...still

ok....a lil' info on my truck...'95 F250 EC 4X4 auto with 260,000 miles...how would I know for sure my injectors need help...and if I purchase stage 1 injectors for my truck...do I need a supporting tune/chip....or will they work ok as is...I've managed to save the dough for these injectors...but it'll be a bit before I could manage a chip...thanks for any/all help on this...us poor folk cringe at needless expenses...

guess i should add its stock with the exception of a tymar intake and a soon to be installed downpipe

The real honest way to tell what condition your injectors are in is to get them flow tested...

You can run stage 1's with no chip. They will act like stock injectors until you get a chip tuned for them...

You can also do a buzz test/CCT test on the injectors to see if they are happy or not.
