Wow, sorry to see that Shawn. But hey, you're alive! Not everyone was as lucky as you, sorry to say.

Oh snap!

Trucks repairable, you and your family aren't. My heart goes out to all those affected. Worst season since the '50s.

How did the tornado shove your tail pipe up through the bed? ;0

Alls well here. Unfortunately the neighborhood behind us took a beaten. My thoughts and prayers go out to all those that have lost.

Yeah I can't wait to explain the tailpipe through the bed to the insurance adjuster. Lol

I wish that would happen to my truck. The tailpipe, not the tornado.

I wondered how you fared after Tuesday night. It got pretty nasty in our area too, but nothing like what yall got. Mostly a LOT more rain, limbs, and small hail. Our local area seems to "avoid" the really bad stuff although we did have a tornado go directly over the house a couple weeks ago. IIRC we've had over 23"of rain in the past 30 days including a 5" 3 hour downpour 10 days ago.

I'm in Newcastle Oklahoma. Tornado wasn't more than a 100 feet from the house. Course me being courious I watched the thing till it was about to hit the yard then dove in the cellar. Mother natures powerful that's for sure.

Kinda hoping they total the truck as the bed (except for the hole for the exhaust) is bent pretty good, the cab is boogered up in a few spots and the fender of course. I wouldn't be too satisfied if the fixed the cab as I don't think itll ever be the same unless they put a new cab on it and I doubt that's gonna happen. Bad thing is my other truck was sitting right next to it and it got all boogered up to. It's a chevy so I won't post any pics of it on here. Lol.

You really don't appreciate your trucks as much when there runnning as you do when there not. Lol. O well it's just an object. Things come and go but memories, friends, and family are what's more important.

Thanks for all the replies and concerns guys. God bless all those who have lost more than me.

Thanks

Shawn
