Two new guys
OK we noticed you have not had moderator for a bit...actually a long bit, and not that you need one, you guys are very well behaved...but we figured it would be fun anyway...
so you get two of us myself and Don..fabmandelux
I know you are thinking why the admin guy...well I own a 86 BII it has been in my family since new ..my mom and I are the only two dirves and owners, so it is a natural fit...and besides you all have helped me before so maybe I can give back some.

Its sure been quiet here, My B2 is down with again(2 years now) blown A4LD. Too many projects and not enough $$$. Was thinking about the 302/AOD swap, but kinda like to try a Big six 300/AOD stuffed in there as the firewall is rotted and needs fixing. As I'll have to redo the firewall, might as well mod it for the the 300 I6 engine...
sounds like my 88 bronco II...has been "temporarilly" out of service as a driver for about 3 years now....became more of a build in progress with one thing leading to another...or as my girlfreind calls it..."a money-pit"...but constantly doing upgrades and mods to it...and as said earlter, it is a little quiet in here, maybe you guys can bring it back to life
Howdee fellers from Arlington,Tx. I haven't been on here in a coons age it seems. Just returned from cool S.Calif. on vacation. Saw some really nice vintage/antique/custom cars/trucks while there. Stayed in DanaPoint mostly while visiting family there. Saw 3 late 80's BIIs and 1 older BII,,must have had a big V-8 it cause it sure rumbled, no top but had a roll cage. Them folks out there sure do lots of cruising on wk-ends along the Pacific Coast Hiway. So now back to 'workin' on my '88BII. It been running fine but still has a slight cut-out at times,,like it may be the IAC valve sticking or the TPS need cleaning(sometimes it idles real crappy, up and down, up and down and sometimes dies. Got a new INNOVA 3145 code reader in mail while gone so anxious to try it out. So I'm going to AZ this week and then to some j/ys for parts, side mirrors, fender, whatever looks like its worth takin. Almost got BII sanded down good for a paint job this summer. maybe just leave the dents, scratches alone,, reminders of 4wheelin,,haha. probably won't show up too bad painted black, eh? sure to like this forum,,you ppl are sure helpful and Ill continue to check in ever so often. I do have pix of BII in e-mail but aint figured out how to post em on here,, maybe my neighbor will help me,, he's geek on that stuff. Hope to be around here awhile yet. Everyone have a safe, restful summer and kee them BIIs on the roads and out in the 4-wheelin parks or whe-ever you take 'em,,, Larry
